Camping and Structures on Private Property

The Metro District is not able to enforce camping or other structures on private property.  The primary service of the District is to maintain the roads, and the service plan for the District is not expected to be amended. Even with a service plan amendment, this private property enforcement is not a power the Metro District would or could have.

The Development Code provisions are enforced by the County.  The Metro District can merely provide information to homeowners (the camping regulations document can be found on the HOA webpage; Link here) to discourage the activity.  These are County regulations that can only be enforced by the County. Please see below for County information.
